Here the tenants attempt to prevent discovery related to the appraisal they had done. This motion is denied.
Feoffees Motions for Protective Orders and Bifurcation
Here, the Feoffees are asking the Court not to allow two of the appraisers to be deposed, and they are also asking the court to separate the issue of sale from the School Committee’s counterclaim asking for the governance to be restructured.
